What is the objective of the test?

For Measuring Proficiency:

STAMP 4S if you want 4-skills and it is a commonly taught language. Arabic (Modern Standard), English, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin (Simplified), Mandarin (Traditional), Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, Spanish

STAMP WS if you only need 2-skills and want any of the following languages.
